1) Social Media Strategies for Your Business or Organization

This hands-on, 2-day course will introduce small business owners and entrepreneurs to the latest trends and best practices in social media, including tips and techniques to maximize your presence online. Students in this course should have a basic understanding of social media and have accounts created in Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. You will learn how to maximize your online presence, interact with potential customers through strong content and unique marketing campaigns, in order and showcase your business and services. We will begin to develop your social media strategy, and discuss targeted paid advertising and data analytics to gain maximum results.

2) Facebook & Instagram Marketing for Your Business

Facebook is the most powerful and popular social network in the world, with over 2.27 billion users worldwide, and growing. Now more than ever, Facebook is being used to promote businesses and organizations. This hands-on, 2-day course is an overview for small business owners and entrepreneurs to manage your Facebook and Instagram accounts exclusively for business use to promote your services, products events and brand. Participants must at least have a Facebook account before beginning this course. We can create a new business page, or develop your current page…and create an Instagram account during class. We will show you how to create and post interesting content, link to your social media accounts, and help you grow a community of Facebook fans. We will touch upon creating ads and boosted posts, and how to use Facebook analytics to track your reach, page visits, and even the performance of your competitors.
