The Supported CEO Growth Framework
The proven pathway that takes high-achieving coaches from backend chaos to business freedom and transforms how they see themselves along the way.
When your business isn’t growing the way your coaching skills deserve, the problem is rarely your coaching. It’s your infrastructure.
You Don’t Have a Coaching Problem.
You Have a Systems Problem.
When a coaching business stops growing, most coaches do what coaches do best, they invest in themselves. Another certification. Another mastermind. Another course on their methodology.
But here’s what nobody is saying out loud:
You can be the most gifted coach in your niche and still have a business that’s breaking under the weight of its own success.
The real culprit isn’t your skills. It’s the infrastructure underneath them.
The tech that doesn’t talk to each other. The marketing that runs only when you have the energy to push it. The client journey that lives entirely in your head. The systems that were cobbled together when you were just starting out and never updated as you grew.
You’ve outgrown the structure that once worked, and until you build something new, you’ll keep hitting the same ceiling, no matter how many certifications you add to your bio.
The Supported CEO Growth Framework was built to fix exactly that.
How this Framework Was Born
I spent a decade coaching women to see themselves clearly and stand tall in their worth. And somewhere along the way, I started noticing a pattern.
The coaches I was meeting were exceptional at their craft. Deeply trained. Genuinely transformational. But behind the scenes? Chaos. Patchwork tools that didn’t connect. Email lists that hadn’t been touched in months. Marketing that happened only when guilt got loud enough. One coach was personally fulfilling product orders through her Gmail account. No judgment, but not efficient, at all.
They weren’t struggling because they lacked talent or dedication. They were struggling because they were trying to run a scaling business on an infrastructure designed for a much earlier version of themselves.
I also noticed something else. The chaos wasn’t just a business problem, it was an identity problem. These leaders didn’t feel like CEOs. They felt like overwhelmed assistants to their own businesses.
That’s when I combined everything I knew, two decades of Fortune 500 marketing and communications experience, ten years of professional coaching, and a deep understanding of how women grow into their power, and mapped the journey I kept seeing play out again and again.
The result is the Supported CEO Growth Framework: five distinct stages that chart both the business transformation and the identity shift that has to happen alongside it.
Because fixing the tech is only half the work. Becoming the CEO who knows how to lead it, that’s the other half.

The framework overview
Five Stages. One Powerful Journey.
The Supported CEO Growth Framework™ maps the complete transformation from hidden struggle to full CEO freedom. Each stage represents a distinct shift, not just in your business, but in how you see yourself and what you believe is possible.
Wherever you are on this journey, you are not behind. You are exactly where you need to be to take the next step.

Stage 1 – The Hidden Struggle
Brilliant coach. Invisible chaos.
You are exceptional at what you do, and nobody looking at your coaching would ever know that behind the scenes, everything feels like it’s held together with digital duct tape.
You feel overwhelmed, embarrassed, and quietly ashamed that your business backend doesn’t match your level of expertise. You think things like “Why is this so hard for me?” and “I should already know this.” You’re avoiding your tech, patching systems together, and trying to keep it all moving through sheer force of will.
The chaos isn’t a reflection of your worth. It’s a signal that your business has outgrown its structure. And that’s actually good news — because it means you’ve already built something worth fixing.
What’s happening in your business: Patchwork tools, inconsistent marketing, manual processes, a client journey that lives entirely in your head. What’s happening in your identity: Self-doubt, shame, a growing gap between who you are as a coach and how your business operates.
Stage 2 – The First Breath
Supported founder.
Something shifts. Maybe you finally admitted you can’t do this alone. Maybe someone showed up who actually understood what you were dealing with, without judgment, without jargon, without making you feel small for not knowing.
For the first time in a long time, you feel relieved. Cautiously hopeful. You think “Maybe I don’t have to figure this out by myself.”
This stage is about stabilization and relief. The chaos doesn’t disappear overnight, but you stop white-knuckling everything alone. You start opening up, asking for help, and letting someone in behind the scenes. Quick wins start to stack up. The foundation begins to form.
What’s happening in your business: Systems audit, tech cleanup, early wins, a plan starting to take shape.
What’s happening in your identity: You begin learning, maybe for the first time, how to be supported.
Stage 3 – Rising Into Momentum
Emerging CEO.
Things are starting to work. Your emails are going out. Your podcast is consistent. Your systems are running in the background instead of demanding your constant attention. You think “This is actually working. I can do this.”
You feel more organized, more supported, and more confident than you have in years. You’re taking intentional action instead of reactive firefighting. You’re following a plan instead of improvising every week.
This is the stage where confidence starts to return, not the forced confidence of pushing through chaos, but the real, grounded confidence of someone whose business actually reflects her capabilities.
What’s happening in your business: Consistent marketing cadence, functioning workflows, reliable systems, growing momentum.
What’s happening in your identity: You’re stepping into CEO mode — and it’s starting to feel natural.
Stage 4 – Stepping Into Power
Embodied CEO.
You are no longer the tech support person in your own business. Delegation feels natural. You’re planning ahead instead of catching up. You’re making decisions from vision rather than from panic.
You think “I’m finally building the business I always envisioned.” You feel empowered, capable, and proud, not just of what you’ve built, but of who you’ve become in the process.
This is where the identity shift becomes undeniable. You’re not playing CEO. You are one. And the business is starting to reflect that at every level.
What’s happening in your business: Confident delegation, strategic planning, long-term thinking, scalable systems.
What’s happening in your identity: You’ve stepped into the version of yourself you always knew was possible.
Stage 5 – Freedom & Flow
Supported Visionary CEO.
This is what you built it all for.
Your business runs smoothly, not because you’re managing every detail, but because the right systems, the right support, and the right infrastructure are all in place. You feel calm, spacious, and focused. You think “Everything runs smoothly and I get to focus on my gifts.”
You’re not just surviving your business anymore. You’re leading it. Strategically. Joyfully. With room to breathe, room to create, and room to grow into whatever comes next.
What’s happening in your business: Automated systems, sustainable scale, consistent revenue, a backend that runs without you.
What’s happening in your identity: You are the confident, capable, fully supported CEO you always deserved to be.
