This hands-on, 2-day course will introduce small business owners and entrepreneurs to the latest trends and best practices in social media, including tips and techniques to maximize your presence online. Students in this course should have a basic understanding of social media and have accounts created in Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. You will learn how to maximize your online presence, interact with potential customers through strong content and unique marketing campaigns, in order and showcase your business and services. We will begin to develop your social media strategy, and discuss targeted paid advertising and data analytics to gain maximum results. NOTE: This is a Hands-on course! Student must be computer savvy. Must have at least an active Facebook account. Will help you create Business Page, and Twitter and Instagram account in class, if needed.
